After nearly 17 months of waiting, the PERM has finally been certified! The process was long and uncertain, but persistence paid off — good things truly take time. We’re now moving forward with the I-140 petition.

Background:
This is an EB-2 case for an applicant with a U.S. Master’s degree in Accounting, applying for the position of Accountant. The extended processing time reflects the current backlog in the PERM system, especially for high-volume occupations like accounting.

Our Approach:
