Roger Diefendorf

Throughout his distinguished legal career, Mr. Roger Diefendorf has dedicated himself to helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes, particularly in administrative and family law. With over two decades of experience in both fields, Mr. Diefendorf has built a reputation for legal excellence and compassionate client advocacy.

In the realm of administrative law, Mr. Diefendorf has extensive experience with the intricate relationships among government agencies, businesses, and individuals—especially in matters involving licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he served as General Counsel in local government, where he ensured compliance with both state and federal regulations across various administrative processes.

In family law, Mr. Diefendorf has represented clients in emotionally challenging matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, guardianships, and conservatorships. His approach is rooted not only in sound legal practice but also in a deep understanding of the emotional dynamics families face during legal proceedings. His goal has always been to help restore stability and dignity for the families he represents.

Mr. Diefendorf holds a Juris Doctor in Law & Society from the University of California, Davis (1968–1971) and has been a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California since January 1972.
